Formaldehyde-free materials
Urea-formaldehyde is a volatile organic compound used in glues and resins in the manufacture of some wood products. Exposure to formaldehyde can have adverse impacts on the human respiratory system and may be an asthma trigger. Formaldehyde-free materials are materials that do not contain these compounds.
